Achieve accountability while building independence.

Here at EP, we believe in making training truly unconditional. What exactly do we mean by that?

 

We don’t want the stars to have to align for you to get an effective training session in. We teach you to train around and address injuries. We teach you effort-based techniques so you can execute your program in a way that suits whatever condition you walk through our doors. We understand that life can be stressful, hectic, and inconvenient - so we teach you how to find a level of consistency and meet you where you’re at

But that also means we don’t spoon-feed you your training sessions. Does that mean we leave you all by yourself!?  ABSOLUTELY NOT! We just teach you the skills of setting up, adjusting machines/equipment, and selecting weight so that you don’t need us forever. We want to focus on educating you so that you can feel comfortable walking into any gym environment to train.

 

And of course in the meantime, we aim to keep you accountable. We understand that sometimes we need that extra push. We need somebody checking in on us and making sure we’re performing an exercise correctly, or pushing ourselves just the right amount. We streamline the already-challenging process of getting in shape and loving how you feel.
