It's not strange to feel out of place or uncomfortable at the gym! Whether you're just getting started, or you're a woman venturing into the free weight section - a gym may not always be the most inviting environment.
Unless, of course, you mean our gym. It all begins with the free first session - one that’s done at your speed and truly 1 on 1 so we can get you up to speed with how everything works here. This ensures that we have enough information to write your first individualized plan, but it also gives you some familiarity before your first regular session. This continues with each subsequent session - where our coaches will always ensure that they provide more guidance to a newer face or somebody on a fresh training plan!

The next thing that helps is that very plan! One of the most daunting parts of a gym is the open-endedness and apprehension that comes with not knowing where to start. Since we’ll design you a plan and guide you through it, you can relax and let the structure ease your stress. This same structure is also what allows training to become rewarding - as our personal training app allows you to out-perform your old self and set new training standards! You’ll spend less time comparing yourself to others, and more time realizing how much you’ve improved compared to past versions of yourself!
And last but not least, there are no crowds! Since we cap each session, you won’t feel bullied out of pieces of equipment and will quickly start to recognize friendly faces!
