Here at EP, we may not have our clients’ transformation photos plastered everywhere, and that’s not because we’re lacking in transformations…

 

We value health and wellness in every sense of those terms. We value balance, and meeting you where you’re at. We are mindful of our relationships with the scale, our body image, food, and training. We see how much social media is plastered with detoxes, quick fixes, or fit tea gimmicks.

With that said, our coaches stay up to date on current research and methods so we can do our best to streamline your efforts. We won’t ever push you to lose body fat, but we can sure as hell make that process easier if that’s your goal. We have resources to help you modify and improve your overall diet while keeping psychology and the stress of life in mind. We realize you don’t spend all day in the gym like we do, and recognize that willpower is not some endless reserve. We’ll help you develop tools to address the habits that are holding you back from fat loss. And in the meantime we’re going to get you to lift weights, challenge yourself, and build strength inside and out.
