The fact that we have personalized training plans makes a world of difference. You aren’t subject to the same workout as the person next to you, so it can be scaled to meet you where you’re at. This may mean initially avoiding an injury to allow time to heal, but it will also mean a targeted, deliberate approach to get you back to where you were - and even stronger.

Appropriately regressed strength training is the tool that can get you out of pain and back to the activities you enjoy most. Our coaches will develop a plan and check in with you regularly to ensure that you’re on the path to recovery. And unlike many Physical Therapy programs, we’ll continue this path until you’re stronger and more resilient than you ever were before your injury. Our goal isn’t simply to get out of pain, but to make ourselves less likely to experience this ever again.

 

Our staff is up-to-date on research in the realm of pain science, to make this experience less confusing. We’ll take our time to make sure you understand everything that we know, and we’ll get a hell of a lot more face time with you than a doctor will. We’re also more than happy to coordinate a rehab plan with a Doctor or Physical Therapist if you work with other professionals - ensuring that you have a cohesive Sports Medicine team that has your best interests at heart.
